Air Calédonie now offers its customers a new tool: online shipment tracking. Accessible directly from our website, this feature lets you check the real-time status of your parcel without needing to contact our team. How does it work?

Simply enter your Air Waybill (LTA) number on the tracking page. In seconds, you’ll be taken to a clear and easy-to-read interface, where you can:

• view a timeline showing the main stages of your shipment (registered, in transit, arrived, collected)
• access a detailed tracking table with date, time, location, status, and parcel weight
• follow each shipment separately
