Updated February 13, 2026: The IT outage has been resolved: the freight service is now fully operational. To facilitate your shipments, our counter will exceptionally remain open today until 5:30 p.m.

Due to an IT outage, Air Calédonie is forced to temporarily suspend the drop-off of new packages at all of its airports until further notice.
Packages already dropped off and registered by the IT system will be routed normally to their destination and can be collected as scheduled.
Our teams are working diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. To track the status of your package, please use our online tracking tool.
