Since Monday, August 7th, the company has been forced to cancel its flights to the Isle of Pines due to a protest movement that is preventing the operation of the aerodrome. The airport blockade is still ongoing, and Air Calédonie is not allowed to operate its flights.
Passengers affected by the cancellation of their flight(s), regardless of the fare class of their purchased tickets, can:
- reschedule their tickets without penalty fees until November 30, 2023, if booked within the same fare category as originally reserved;
- request a refund for their tickets without penalty fees (excluding non-refundable service fees).
Passengers booked on our flights to the Isle of Pines until August 21th can request an early rescheduling of their trip without penalty fees until November 30th, 2023, if booked within the same fare category as originally reserved.
These modification requests can be made via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), by phone with our agents (+687 252 177), or at the Plaza agency (Vallée du Tir – Nouméa). For refund requests, a dedicated form is also available on our website.
The company is making every effort to minimize the inconveniences caused by this situation beyond its control and thanks its passengers for their understanding.
