Due to cargo capacity limitations and recent operational disruptions, Air Calédonie is temporarily suspending parcel shipments until further notice.
Parcel shipments already booked and awaiting dispatch will be gradually transported to their destinations as capacity becomes available.
Our teams are fully committed to restoring normal operations as soon as possible.
To check the status of your parcel, we encourage you to use our online tracking tool. This will help prevent call center congestion and allow us to prioritize urgent requests.
