Parcel deposit and withdrawal

The registration and reception of your parcels is done at the freight counters of our various stopovers.
Consult the opening hours and their contact information

An original proof of identity document with a photo must be presented for any deposit or withdrawal of parcels

You must present your open packages for a compliance and security check of their contents. We check your packages on departure, check them on arrival!

Please make sure your names and contact details, those of the recipient and the final destination of the package appear very legibly on each package.

Our teams support you in choosing the different options according to your needs and the AWB, your contract for the transport of goods, is sent to you by email as soon as your goods are deposited.

We make every effort to ensure a quality service adapted to the standards of our customers. Our teams are available in case of hazards. In the event of delay or damage, a report must be established with the agents of the stopover concerned, when you collect your goods. Our customer service will therefore be able to assess the points of vigilance to be improved and will provide you with the appropriate support.
