Checking in online is done in a few quick and easy steps:

• Indicate the reference of your booking file or your electronic ticket number,
• Indicate your name,
• Select the passenger(s) to check in,
• Confirm compliance with safety and security rules,
• Download and print your boarding pass, receive it by e-mail, or save it on your mobile (smartphone or tablet) to access it offline.

Once you have checked in online, go to the airport with your valid original proof of identity, as well as your boarding pass printed or saved on your mobile.
Plan the time needed to drop off your luggage at the dedicated counter if you have any, and to pass the airport security check before your boarding time.

A baggage “drop-off” counter is open until 45 minutes before departure time for our passengers who checked in online.

They can drop off their checked baggage there before proceeding to the boarding gate.
The checked baggage allowance is either 12 kg or 23 kg, depending on the fare class of the ticket purchased. Dimensions must not exceed 0.60 m x 1.80 m x 1.20 m.

If your baggage exceeds your ticket allowance, you can purchase additional baggage up to 4 hours before your scheduled flight time!

Your checked baggage must be closed, with no visible, rigid, or semi-rigid straps. Therefore, shopping bags, soft bags with loose straps, or any item extending beyond the conveyor belts may cause blockages and will not be accepted.

Boarding time is set 30 minutes before your flight departure time.
Passengers traveling only with carry-on luggage can present themselves directly with their boarding pass and their identity document for boarding.

The maximum dimensions of carry-on luggage are 45X35X20 cm and it must not exceed 5 kg. Carry-on luggage that does not respect these dimensions cannot be accepted on board.

Passengers who have confirmed their presence on board by checking in and who cannot present themselves for boarding are invited to cancel their check-in.
By returning to the check-in form, the option “Cancel my check-in” is offered.

In some cases, the company is unfortunately obliged to modify its flight schedule.
Passengers are then notified according to the contact left at the time of booking, and the check-in is cancelled.
It is then possible to check in online again on the rescheduled flight.
Do not hesitate to consult the status of your registration  if necessary.

Passengers who require special assistance are invited to check in at the counter in order to be taken care of by our teams.
