Administrative capital of the North Province, Koné is also the starting point of the Koné-Tiwaka transversal road which connects the West and East coasts. The tribe of Atéou, the highest in Caledonia, is in this respect quite unique. On the sea side, you can go picnicking at the beach of Foué, equipped to welcome visitors.
