Complete the complaint form directly online, you will receive instant confirmation that your request has been registered. Our teams will carefully study your file and will provide you with an answer as soon as possible, within 28 days at most.

How can we help you ?
This declaration must be made in the baggage delivery area with an agent of the company.
In the event of operational hazards, if the company is responsible for the cancellation of your flight, support is offered by the teams at the stopover concerned. If the cancellation is not due to the company (weather, unavailability of airport infrastructure or other case of force majeure), the responsibility of the company is not committed and the costs remain the responsibility of the passengers.
If you were not taken care of by the stopover concerned, please send us your invoices for reimbursement of your expenses, within the limit of the fixed price provided.
The declaration is to be made at the freight counter with an agent of the company.
