A baggage allowance is included in your ticket: depending on the fare class chosen, it is specified in your travel memo (1 bag weighing 12 or 23 kg).
If you plan to carry more luggage than your allowance, we recommend opting for an additional baggage package or arranging for your shipment using freight shipping services. This service is currently available exclusively for domestic flights.
To book your additional baggage package, contact our sales teams by phone or add the option directly on our website by logging into your customer account. The option can be booked online up to 4 hours before the flight departure time.
