Freight Service Update – Temporary Reorganization from April 19 to 22

Freight Service Adjustment from April 19 to 22

In order to implement the new freight policy, the freight counters at all stations will be adjusting their services.
As a result, parcel drop-off services will be exceptionally closed from April 19 to 22. They will reopen with regular hours on April 23.
During this same period, parcel pick-up counters will remain open. Air Calédonie invites its customers to collect their parcels as soon as possible to help facilitate the reorganization of the service.
The company thanks its customers for their understanding.

Plan Ahead for Excess Baggage

As our freight services will be closed for four days, it will not be possible to drop off excess baggage from April 19 to 22.
Passengers scheduled to fly during this period are therefore advised to limit their baggage to the allowance included with their ticket, or to purchase an additional baggage package if they need to check in more luggage.

New: Book Your Cargo Shipments Now!

Starting April 14, 2025, our airline is upgrading its cargo service to provide an optimal customer experience.
You can now book your shipments by phone at 25.03.33 for deliveries starting April 23, 2025.

The Benefits of Our New Cargo Policy

✔ Choose the specific flight on which you want to send your package
✔ Save time at drop-off thanks to a simplified procedure
✔ Ensure your package is shipped during peak periods
✔ If you’re a passenger, you can send cargo on the same flight (for example, in case of excess baggage)

Bookings

Booking is simple. Just contact our sales team at 25.03.33, choose the flight on which you’d like to ship your package, and pay by credit card.
Reservations open on Monday, April 14, 2025, for shipments starting April 23, 2025.

Good to Know

You can still drop off packages for last-minute shipments. In such cases, they will be shipped based on the next available flight slots.
