Flight Disruptions – Port-Vila – Tuesday, October 28

Due to a technical issue affecting one of our aircraft in Vanuatu, the regular flights to and from Port-Vila on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, have been adjusted as follows:

  • Flight TY1915/SB3242 | Nouméa → Port-Vila: departure at 2:20 p.m., arrival at 3:50 p.m.

  • Flight TY1916/SB3243 | Port-Vila → Nouméa: departure at 4:50 p.m., arrival at 6:20 p.m.

Passengers affected by these changes are being informed personally by email or SMS, based on the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Air Calédonie apologizes for the inconvenience caused and thanks its customers for their patience and understanding.

Flight Schedule Disruptions – October 23 and 24

Due to technical issues, the airline is forced to adjust its flight schedule and cancel a number of rotations planned for October 23 and 24.

Our teams are fully mobilized to provide transfer solutions as quickly as possible to affected passengers, who are being notified by SMS or email. In the meantime, the airline informs customers that there is no need to contact the call center and thanks them for their patience.

Passengers wishing to postpone or cancel their booking are invited to contact the airline as soon as possible via the dedicated form.

The airline is doing everything possible to minimize the inconvenience caused by this situation and thanks its passengers for their understanding.

Trail Maré Air Calédonie 2025: A Weekend of Sport, Celebration and Discovery in the Heart of the Loyalty Islands

After the success of the 2024 edition, the 4th Trail Maré Air Calédonie returns on Saturday, December 6, 2025, for a weekend filled with sport, festivities, and exploration in the heart of the Loyalty Islands.
Organized by our partner Challenge Organisation in collaboration with the Plages et Falaises de Laxec Development Committee and the tribe of Eni, this event has become a must for nature lovers and trail-running enthusiasts alike.

Three Courses for Every Level

The Trail Maré Air Calédonie 2025 offers three routes designed for all levels and ambitions:
– Grand Raid – 20 km, 160 m elevation gain (start at 6:30 a.m.)
– Mini Raid – 8 km, 40 m elevation gain (start at 7:00 a.m.)
– Family Run – 3 km (start at 8:00 a.m.)

Each registration includes a shuttle to the starting line and a local buffet dinner on Saturday evening.
Participants can also choose from accommodation packages with local hosts or camping options, including breakfast and round-trip transfers from the wharf or the airport — a wonderful way to experience the warmth and hospitality of Maré.

A Weekend of Sports and Celebration

Beyond the race itself, Maré will come alive with the Fête du Littoral, held at the tribe of Eni. Markets, performances, local cuisine, and cultural activities will extend the experience in a friendly and festive atmosphere.

Lifou Flights Canceled – Friday, October 10

Lifou – Wanaham Airport will be closed this Friday, October 10, as part of the mobilization announced by the Ne Drehu Customary Coordination Committee. As a result, the airline is forced to cancel all its flights to this destination on Friday, October 10, 2025.

Passengers affected by a cancellation will be automatically rebooked on the next available flights and will be informed by SMS or email according to the contact details provided at the time of booking. If the proposed rebooking option does not suit them, they are invited to contact our sales team by phone at 25 21 77 or by email at vente@air-caledonie.nc.

The airline regrets this situation and thanks its passengers for their understanding.
