Tracking your freight has never been easier! Air Calédonie is introducing a brand new service for its freight customers: online tracking of your shipments. In just a few clicks, you can now check the status of your delivery anytime, anywhere. Here’s how it works — and why it will make your life easier.

A new service to track your freight with ease

Air Calédonie now offers its customers a new tool: online shipment tracking. Accessible directly from our website, this feature lets you check the real-time status of your parcel without needing to contact our team. Whether you’re a business, an individual or a public organisation, you can now follow your freight every step of the way.

How does it work?

Simply enter your Air Waybill (LTA) number on the tracking page. In seconds, you’ll be taken to a clear and easy-to-read interface, where you can:

• view a timeline showing the main stages of your shipment (registered, in transit, arrived, collected)
• access a detailed tracking table with date, time, location, status, and parcel weight
• follow each shipment separately

The benefits

This new service allows you to track your shipment independently, without needing to call customer service. Simple, practical, and free of charge, it gives you better visibility, more transparency and real-time information about your delivery.

Starting April 14, 2025, our airline is upgrading its cargo service to provide an optimal customer experience.
You can now book your shipments by phone at 25.03.33 for deliveries starting April 23, 2025.

The Benefits of Our New Cargo Policy

✔ Choose the specific flight on which you want to send your package
✔ Save time at drop-off thanks to a simplified procedure
✔ Ensure your package is shipped during peak periods
✔ If you’re a passenger, you can send cargo on the same flight (for example, in case of excess baggage)

Bookings

Booking is simple. Just contact our sales team at 25.03.33, choose the flight on which you’d like to ship your package, and pay by credit card.
Reservations open on Monday, April 14, 2025, for shipments starting April 23, 2025.

Good to Know

You can still drop off packages for last-minute shipments. In such cases, they will be shipped based on the next available flight slots.
