Due to operational reasons, the company is forced to modify the flight schedule for this afternoon.

As a result, the following flights are canceled:

  • TY113 to Maré, scheduled departure at 15:10;
  • TY114 from Maré to Nouméa, scheduled departure at 16:20;
  • TY317 to Ouvéa, scheduled departure at 17:50;
  • TY318 from Ouvéa to Nouméa, scheduled departure at 19:00;
  • TY215 to Lifou, scheduled departure at 18:20;
  • TY216 from Lifou to Nouméa, scheduled departure at 19:30.

Our teams are doing everything possible to reroute affected passengers on the next available flights. Passengers will be notified by SMS and/or email using the contact information provided during booking.

The company is doing everything possible to readjust its schedule for tomorrow in order to rebook affected passengers. However, modifications to the initial flight schedule for Thursday, April 20th are expected.

Weather conditions : Flight schedule changes – Tuesday March 16th

Due to very unfavorable weather conditions, the company is informing its passengers of numerous flight cancellations both in progress and anticipated.

Affected passengers will be notified as soon as possible by email or SMS using the contact information provided during booking. Tickets can be rescheduled without penalty until July 31, 2023, and in the same fare class as the initial booking.

Due to a call for a general and national strike by the inter-union against the pension reform, the civil aviation management has defined a minimum service from March 7 to 9, 2023.

  • flight TY212 from Lifou to Nouméa, departure scheduled for 1:50 p.m., is cancelled.

Information : Write offset – BCI banking transactions

Many of you have noticed debits on your BCI bank account in favor of Air Calédonie, without having purchased tickets in recent days.

This is neither a scam nor wild levies on the part of the company.

The company has been informed by the BCI that customers of this bank who have purchased plane tickets online (via EPayNC) between October 1, 2022 and February 15, 2023 have not yet been debited from their account. Thus, the BCI is currently updating these operations and the direct debits correspond to the actual amount and date of the transaction.
