Raid Air Calédonie on Isle of Pines: registrations are now open!

After a two-year hiatus, the Raid Air Calédonie on Isle of Pines is back on Saturday, October 17, 2026, for its 28th edition — with a fresh new format and plenty of excitement!

Organised in partnership with Challenge Organisation, Isle of Pines Town Hall and Sud Tourisme, this iconic event returns with a new format designed to give as many people as possible the opportunity to enjoy a unique sporting experience in one of New Caledonia’s most spectacular settings.

Whether you are an experienced athlete, an occasional runner, or simply looking for a new challenge to take on with family or friends, all you have to do is choose your course from the three options available!
🏆 The Grand Raid – 18 km
Designed for experienced runners, this timed course features a new trail marking system compared with previous editions. A true sporting challenge through the stunning landscapes of the island
💪 The Mini Raid – 10 km
More accessible while still offering a great sporting challenge, the Mini Raid is perfect for those looking to push themselves over an intermediate distance.
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 The Family Course – 4 km
Open to everyone, this course is a great opportunity to enjoy the iconic landscapes of the Isle of Pines with family or friends, at your own pace.

And this year, Sud Tourisme is joining forces with the event to offer a range of activities around the race and make the experience even more enjoyable. The programme includes traditional dances, a local craft market and free shuttles to several of the island’s tourist attractions.
A wonderful way to extend the sporting experience, discover or rediscover the Isle of Pines and enjoy the festive atmosphere of the event!

As a long-standing partner of sporting events across New Caledonia’s islands, Air Calédonie is proud to support the return of the Raid Air Calédonie on Isle of Pines. Participants can benefit from a 20% discount on their return flights, upon presentation of their registration confirmation to our teams, for flights operated between October 14 and 21, 2026.
