Air Calédonie informs its passengers of temporary changes to its flight schedule due to operational requirements. These adjustments will be in effect until May 31, 2026.

TY413: Nouméa → Isle of Pines | 6:20 PM – 7:00 PM (1 hour 50 minutes earlier)
TY414: Isle of Pines → Nouméa | 7:30 PM – 8:10 PM (1 hour 50 minutes earlier)

Thursday

TY915: Nouméa → Port Vila | 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM (1 hour earlier)
TY916: Port Vila → Nouméa | 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM (1 hour earlier)
TY311: Nouméa → Ouvéa | 1:50 PM – 2:30 PM (1 hour later)
TY312: Ouvéa → Nouméa | 3:00 PM – 3:40 PM (1 hour later)
TY213: Nouméa → Lifou | 4:30 PM – 5:10 PM (1 hour later)
TY214: Lifou → Nouméa | 5:40 PM – 6:20 PM (1 hour later)

Passengers already confirmed on the affected flights have been automatically notified by SMS or email of the changes made to their booking, using the contact information provided during the booking process.

Flight Schedule Disruptions

Due to operational constraints, Air Calédonie is currently experiencing flight cancellations on several routes. Affected passengers are being notified by email or SMS, based on the contact details provided during booking.

Our teams are fully mobilized to find solutions as quickly as possible, but the ability to add extra flights remains limited.

Therefore, we encourage customers who are able to do so to postpone their travel and to inform us of their preferred resolution option (rebooking, modification, or refund) as soon as possible via our online form: 👉 Online Resolution Form

We remind our customers that all essential travel procedures can be completed online, including:

  • Booking or purchasing tickets (including with the Carte Transport),
  • Cargo reservations,
  • Online check-in,
  • Requests for rebooking or ticket modifications.
